 Bobby is a partner with 30 years experience representing management in all areas of employment law, including: having opposed union organizational campaigns; provided advice regarding union decertification efforts; litigated race, sex, age and disability matters before juries in state and federal courts in over twenty states; advised and litigated in matters under the FLSA; contested citations issued under OSHA and MSHA; conducted labor negotiations and arbitrations under collective bargaining agreements; litigated matters before the NLRB; litigated non-compete covenants; and counseled clients on the broadest range of personnel issues.
