Biography

 

For over four decades Arch has led international companies such as Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts to create corporate cultures that produce higher profits, a more satisfying workplace, and increased customer loyalty.  His passion, optimism and legal training help diffuse high-intensity situations by easing the company through change or disruption to its corporate culture.  Arch continues to help clients recognize their relationship with employees is the architecture of their premium brand names. 

He is a strong advocate of practicing preventive versus reactive law, and advises clients how to create cultural environments that eliminate or reduce conflict.  Arch has spoken to thousands of people all over the world about his creative approach to preventive law, and the impact corporate culture and conflict avoidance have on the workplace.
